“We have been a client of ABS since we first opened in 2013. I have personally dealt with the technicians, the customer service, and the accounting departments. Not only have we never had an issue, but each interaction has always been pleasant and extremely easy. We call to order toner and it arrives the next day, every time.
We recently decided that we wanted to update our machine before our current contract expired. I gave them a call, and they sent someone out within three business days. We were offered the newest machine at the same price, all we had to do was sign a new contract, which we were happy to oblige. Our new machine was delivered and installed at 9am the very next day. The techs set up everything we asked plus more, and then gave us a brief training on how to use it as well.
I reviewed the marketing materials and contract after the install only to realize that the sales rep they sent out was actually the CEO! He was kind, efficient, and made absolutely zero mention as to his position. We are in Boca, and having them locally in Pompano is a definite plus as well!
